3. Juni - Lökken
Und wieder mal hat uns die Sonne aus den Betten gelockt und der auffrischende Soaring uns an den Strand gelockt.
Heute war es im Gegensatz zu gestern bereits am Morgen super Soaring Verhältnisse für unsere IBEX-Schirmerln...die waren für diesen Wind ideal geeignet..und wurden dann auch reichlich bis ca. 15 Uhr benötigt.
Der stärkere Westwind war mir nur Recht...Ebbe kam auch noch auf und damit ein größerer fahrbarer Buggy kite Bereich ...also nix wie auf den Buggy gesetzt und ab die Post Rictung Lökken bzw. Leuchtturm und zurück.
Ja, bei dem Speed war ich auch noch ganz schnell in Blockust (ca. 50 km hin und retour von unseren Strandstartplatz).
Vom Buggy Kite Fieber gepackt hat es auch noch unser General versucht seine Spuren im Sandstrand zu Ziehen...und hat sich dabei recht gut angestellt !!
Flugvergnügen bis zum Sonnenuntergang war wieder einmal hier in Lökken angesagt !
Und weil`s so schön war sind wir auch gleich am Strand über Nacht geblieben...schön war`s !!
3 June - Lökken
Again the sun was weaking us up and the wind was calling us right early morning to start the day with flying above the duenes.
We really had perfect flying conditions to fly with our fast wings..the IBEX..and also perfect conditions for a speed run with the buggy along the coast in both directions (till 50 km to the village of Blockhust and back)
Even our "General" was in the right experiance mood to try for the first time buggy kiting and he really did well and enjoyed it.
After 3 p.m. the wind calm down so that someone could fly with a normal wing till sunset.
Since we had such a great day we just slept over night right on the beach
...what a perfect day !
