Dank der niedrigen Temperaturen und dem meist lebhaften Wind haben wir hier in der City ein super Eis Kite Revier vor der Nase….die Alte Donau hat sich als geniales Eis Kite Revier präsentiert….6 km lang und bis zu 300m breit…Eisdicke ca. 15 -20 cm….Vaterland, was willst du mehr?
Kite Spaß bis lang nach dem Sonnenuntergang war da angesagt…und dem Tee zum Aufwärmen danach gab`s gleich beim Strandcafe bei unserem Startplatz…einfacher und idealer geht`s nimmer mehr !
Due to the low temperatures in the last weeks and most of the time good wind conditions we discovered right in the city of Vienna a perfect Ice Kite Spot...the so-called Old Danube....6km long and till 300m wide....Ice thickness around 15-20 cm
and only 7 min from the office...great Ice Kiteing fun till after sunset.
And the restaurant to warm yourself up after kiting is right on nthe old Danuv´be where we start...so, what more can you ask for?
Guess we will make advantage of this perfect conditions quite often in the following days.
